Ja'niyah C. Blanton is a first-generation college graduate from Fairbanks, Alaska. She earned a Bachelor's degree from Georgia State University, where she studied multimedia journalism and minored in Spanish.

While at Georgia State, she gained experience in team leadership, camera operation, video editing, social media marketing, graphic design, and copywriting.

Ja'niyah has spent her post-collegiate career working consecutively on the digital team for three extremely competitive US Senate campaigns and one historic presidential campaign, including Val Demings for US Senate in 2022, Warnock for US Senate (Runoff) in 2022, Adam Schiff for US Senate in 2024 and Kamala Harris for President in 2024.

Her proudest post-collegiate accomplishments include producing the Emmy-nominated podcast "Checking In with Michelle Williams" for iHeartRadio and Black Effect in 2021 and producing and directing the "Kamala Harris Visits a Barbershop in Philadelphia" video as the senior video producer on the Kamala Harris for President campaign in 2024.

Because of Ja'niyah's devoted love for diverse storytelling, her ultimate career goal is to build a digital empire where she'll continue to specialize in producing authentic, impactful, and engaging social-first content. Her empire will create a world where politics, music and fashion coexist. In her spare time, she loves to write poetry and paint. She aspires to become a New York Times best-selling author.
